1. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept Bank transfer, Paypal and Twint. We are still developing and we will let you know as soon as we have added payment methods.

 

2. Shipping and how can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s site. Typically, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.

3. What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for non customized order. The return cost will be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. The item will be refunded after inspection that it has not been used and is in original packaging.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can do international shipping. Cost and duration will depend on location and you can tract it via a tracking reference number. International customs, duties and taxes will be paid by customer.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

We can make changes only if the order hasn’t been processed yet. Please call or email us as soon as possible.

6. What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

​

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please send us an email with the picture of the product contact you received within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will arrange for a replacement or refund after checking the situation.
